Whether we like to admit it or not, sex is a big deal for most of us!

The challenges of living in a highly sexualized culture complicates this issue. Messages come from a variety of conflicting sources. Confusing? Yes, and its easy to loose our way. We act in ways that aren’t truly who we want to be because of pressure from our peers, our partner or the culture at large.

If you are struggling in this area, we can help you find your way to “Sexual Integrity”. Simply defined, that would mean “your sexuality is consistent with your values and who you truly want to be.”

If sex with your partner is strained or difficult, this is going to make the relationship feel “off.” Is it time to do better in the bedroom? The best sex happens when two people engage in sex as an expression of love and commitment to one another.

Don’t settle for physical pleasure alone when sex can be a powerful physical and emotional experience. Therapy will involve us working to move your sexual relationship to a deeply meaningful one that is an expression of true intimacy.
